About Club Bedford

We provide a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with the opportunity for locals and visitors to enjoy lawn bowls and our facilities

Members can enjoy a coffee and chat in the club lounge or watch a game in progress. We have a great function hall and conference room available for hire to businesses, organisations and the public for events and social gatherings, such as office parties and wedding receptions.

New Member Benefits

Special membership rates for new members.
Those wishing to try bowls for the first time can use bowls provided by the Club.
Free coaching by fully qualified Coaches is available year-round to both new and experienced bowlers.
Social activities with a gender inclusive environment.
Over summer the Club conducts a Social Bowls Season featuring evening play. This is a great way to be introduced to the sport.

Pennant bowls competitions in summer and social bowls in winter.

Our administration team is a mixture of individuals from all walks of life. We all share a community spirit and a passion for the game of lawn bowls and its social engagement. We are dedicated to promoting enjoyment and participation of all potential and club members. Our experienced team is happy to assist for those who wish to hire our facilities for functions, seminars and special occasions.
